We have the chance to experience the last residence of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria, heir to the Austro-Hungarian throne, whose assassination in Sarajevo brought about World War I. The castle was bought by Franz Ferdinand in 1887. We will see the residential rooms, the third largest European collection of armoury and medieval weapons, a shooting hall with moving targets, and a garden with Italian Renaissance statues and greenhouses.

During the brewery tour we will visit the currently used brewing house and see the brewery’s rich history.  Also, we will see the historic brewery house from 1928 and lager cellars (+ tasting of the unfiltered beer). And finally, we will see the lines where bottles and kegs are filled, beer packaging exhibition and meet the brewery’s living mascot, Olda the goat.
